This restaurant has been operating in various country such as Japan, Hong Kong,and Singapore. Other than famous for its porridge soup base steamboat, its also well knowned for its Chinese & Thai Style Curry Fish Head. Why is it the porridge soup base so aromatic? The trick is that the porride is cooked with a combination of 5 different types of rice for more than 10 hours. The soup is best served with crabs, yam, various red meat and vegetables.
