The pork ribs are cooked with black stour beer, and cooked with some honey, salt, and soy sauce for flavour. By adding the honey into the gravy, the bitter taste of the beer is neautralised, giving it a unique and sweet gravy. The ribs is very juicy and its goes well with the gravy as well, ans its simply melt into your mouth. Another specialty are the curry fish head which is really hot and spicy. The owner is very passionate with food and keeps on trying new dishes for its customer.
