Hong Kong is famous for its roast goose and so is Off Jalan Pasar , KL. The owner, Mr Yong has master his skill of roasting goose from his master at Hong Kong. Goose weighing 3.5 kg to 4.0kg is picked and season with spicies before it is roasted at charcoal fire. The roast goose skin is crisy and the meat is still tender and juicy. Dipping it into plum sauce makes the taste even unique. Do try also the roast duck and spicy vegetable.
