Kajang is acclaimed as a satay town. You can easily observe that every corner of the town is attracting diners with scrumptious satay dishes. Owner Haji Samuri learned to make satay from his grandfather since young and currently owns 17 satay chains. Beside usual ingredients such as chicken, lamb, beef and fish for satay, his restaurant also serves chicken giblets, venison and rabbit meat satay which are all marinated with specially-made seasonings. All satay dishes taste superb and emit a charred fragrance. Running out of sauces? Don’t worry. Haji Samuri generously offers diners with a free-flow of peanut satay sauce and belacaan sauce.
