Tofu Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 block silk tofu
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsps soysauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Methods:

1. Slice garlic and fry them.

2. Cut tomatoes into rounds.

3. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.

4. Place tofu and tomatoes in a plate.

5. Sprinkle fried garlic over the salad.

6. Mix soysauce, vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil to make dressing.

7. Pour the dressing over the salad before eating.
